Brought in my car in for some transfer case issues , they right away let me know what was wrong with it , they ordered the part and arrived to be installed , very happy with there professionalism and customer service , will highly recommend them

Went in to get my AC repaired. I there shops told me it would be at least a week but Mr Chase had my vehicle done by the next day. Everything is working great, I will definitely be returning!

These people are truly incompetent and charge like they’re know what they do. I took my car there two days ago and pick it up today I was charged $1005. How are you charging $101.82 in parts, $110 is a diagnostic scan which is reasonable to what other places charge, but how in the world you’re going to charge the remainder $700 in labor. I had never went to a mechanic in my life where they charge you such as ridiculous price in labor as compared to just the parts. And worst of all the car wasn’t fix still having the same issues.This is just ridiculous would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I had a great experience with Baker Auto Repair. Chase and the staff worked with me to find a transmission that was very difficult to locate, got it installed quickly, and my car is now running perfect. Their price was thousands lower than anyone else that I talked to. For anyone looking for a reputable auto repair shop, Baker Auto is the one. Thanks guys!

Has provided service to my car several times. Completed diagnostic on my car. Took 130$ from me and refused to fix what was wrong with my car. I feel as a woman I was brushed off. Customer service was dry and unhelpful. I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop previously so to be turned away with no other options to complete changing the spark plugs. I won't return or recommend any one in the future.
